A passionate people investor with an extensive background building and leading teams within small business, corporate and church contexts.

As a pastor's son, Ironman competitor, salesman, business owner and church campus pastor, my life and career have centered on serving, developing and charging people to be the best version of themselves - as they were created to be.

With over two decades of organizational leadership experience, two things have become clear to me:

• Many people are keenly aware of not meeting their own potential, but struggle to break through on their own.
• Many leaders expect a lot, but fail to provide the time, training and investment their people need.
