Who is the best fit for your type of coaching?

Our coaching is geared toward post-college age to midlife men and women who feel stuck in one or more specific areas of their life, such as career, fitness, financial or relational. A free consult with us is the best way to determine whether we're the right coaching fit or not.

How does this coaching work?

Coaching typically involves regular sessions, either one-on-one in person or on Zoom, or in a group setting, where clients set goals and work toward achieving them with the coach's support and accountability.  

How is personal coaching different from therapy?

Coaching focuses on future goals and action steps, while therapy addresses past traumas and emotional healing. Coaching can be a great complement to professional therapy. If we sense a coaching client is in need of therapy, we will make that recommendation.

How long does it take to complete a personalized coaching plan?

Most of our plans are 6 or 12-months in total duration. A shorter time frame may be appropriate in some cases. This, of course, also is determined by the client's availability.
